There are two methods to record meetings, webinars, and events, determined by your account type and Webex site configuration. 


Record meetings in the cloud:

- Webex Free Trial: Not available 

- Webex Starter, Plus, and Business plans: Available 

- Enterprise plans: Configured by your Webex Site administrator. 


Record meetings on your computer:

- Webex Free, Starter, Plus, and Business plans: Available 

- Enterprise plans: Configured by your Webex Site administrator.
